Hotel Monticello is in that same vicinity where Tides used to be, and strategically located in between the two busiest strips along the Tagaytay ridge. A short way heading towards Nasugbu, right before the Mendez Junction, you’ll find Tagaytay City’s famous row of bulalo restaurants. In the other direction, just past Skyranch and Robinsons Summit Ridge are your other popular restaurants (i.e. Josephine’s, Balay Dako, Fire Lake Grill, Buon Giorno, etc.)
