There are two houses; The Villa with 2 rooms can fit 6 people and The Chalet with 3 bunk beds that can accommodate 9 people.

While staying at Hacienda Solange, you may be able to use:

  • Big pool
  • Small pool
  • Grill station
  • Kitchen with refrigerator, chest freezer, rice cooker, plates, utensils, microwave oven, toaster, pots & pans, as well as wine glasses.
  • Gas Stove (Php500 one time fee).
  • Free 5-gallon jug of mineral drinking water for the duration of your stay
  • Karaoke machine (Php1,500 one time fee)

Should you wish to enjoy, relax and not worry about dining preparations, Hacienda Solange may also serve pre-ordered menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The establishment has four (4) caretakers who are ready to assist and attend to guests’ needs during the entire stay.

Hacienda Solange Rates:

The following rates are valid from December 2015 to May 2016:

  • Php20,300 (Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday and Sunday)
  • Php15,800 (Mondays)
  • Php25,300 (Saturdays & Holidays)

Notes:

  • Rate is good for 15 persons.
  • In excess of the 15 persons, you are charged Php650 per additional guest.
  • Cushioned Mattresses are available to parties of more than 15 persons.
  • They serve 1 client per day so please book your preferred date in advance so they may block it for you
  • Note that hosting an event in Hacienda Solange (such as a wedding or a party) will be quoted separately.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Rates are quoted PER NIGHT.
  • Children below 8 years old may stay for free as long as they do not ask for extra beddings. (Maximum of 3 children).
  • Hacienda Solange will pencil book your dates for two days. If the team tries to contact you but you are either unreachable or unable to answer calls, reply to emails or text messages, your booking will be forfeited in favor of a guest who confirms.
  • A down payment deposit of 50% is required upon reservation (non-refundable).
  • Total amount should be settled 3 days before arrival.
  • Check-In Time 2:00pm / Check-Out Time 12:00noon.
  • Late Checkout Charge is Php1,500 per hour (upon availability).

Hacienda Solange House Rules:

  1. No smoking inside the rooms.
  2. Breakage and losses: guests shall be responsible for the safety and security of their personal property and of the resort, any breakage and losses due to accidents incurred by the guest shall be billed separately.

  1. Been into Tagaytay before and that place was amazing. I love the climate and the scent of freshly cut grass. It feels like you’ve been connected to the nature. I also love the place that we stayed, its clean and the people are so hospitable. That’s what i missed about the Philippines.
